One observation doesn't mean another angle of observation is wrong. Way I see it is they can incorporate a classic character into the series, but do it so when a kid and their parents see it everyone is happy. It needs organic interaction to bring the past to not rely on only one group. Does that make sense? Ugh it hurts my head so much trying to untangle the knots of logic those critics are trying to use. The same thing happened to me. All these movies played perfectly when they were first bought. Something has happened since then even though the DVDs are kept in their cases on clean bookshelves. There is no sign of deterioration on the discs. Yet some of them will not play at all and others will skip it and freeze. No sign of rot or any damage. What is causing this!!

It's impossible for me to convey with words how much I hated this movie. Expecting it to be another awful vehicle for activist filmmakers to insult the franchise and offend fans, I happily pirated the film in an attempt to prevent anyone involved from profiting from my viewing. I'm happy I did. Such was my disgust & revulsion, I couldn't get to the third act. I was happy to see it fail so spectacularly, but disappointed to see that no one was exiled from the industry for it. That tells me that the goal was to destroy the franchise.

Love this video, such a flashback to my childhood... Fun fact, every time you show "Red Force" variant, it is either Slovak or Czech vhs cover subtitled "pri výkone služby, which means In the Line of Duty. I believe the distributor made those titles up only in our market (Czechoslovakia back then, company called Intersonic based in... Bratislava, SK of all places ;) ) in early nineties. There was also Ultra Force series, but those were some films starring Moon Lee put together, mainly Devil Hunters. They also distributed the Sea Wolves movie but not as Red Force, but simply "Sea Wolves" translated to Slovak or Czech.

Some great points about Hasbro not having there shit sorted on those extra cantina figures re released for the release of the cantina. Here in Australia you get certain vintage releases and not others. Like no sail barge. But razor crest. Didn't get the model nodes set, but we are getting the cantina. Hasbro is run by imbeciles who have marketing degrees but dont know how to utilise it in real life. Hasbro doesnt have a clue about what collectors need and just spit out things with no ryme or reason.

You bring up some good points that there are other environments that would make for a good Haslab. But I have to respectfully disagree and don't see the Cantina a confusing choice. It's my opinion that the Cantina can be a single level horizontal display stand and not a "Play Set". It looks like the base offering will fit right on a shelf. Sets like Eternia, the Thundercats Lair, and even Castle Greyskull sound exciting but turn out to be real space hogs and don't stay out. The idea that it's a static bar may actually be a good thing. Other environments from Star Wars (aside from the Death Star and Sail Barge) are pretty locked in for what characters go with them. Multiple Star Wars series would not look out of place at the bar. Heck, even multiple IP would be fun. Finally, we can have Buck Rogers get a beer with the Adventure People Skydiver and Micronauts. If someone buys the Cantina, they can expand their aliens collection or put whomever they have in it. Hell, if you want to go nostalgia, it can even the metaphorical setting for childhood cross IP play. Think Mad Magazine...
